About the Role

Mashgin is seeking a full cycle Recruiter to join our team and support our growing hiring needs. This role involves managing the entire recruitment process for a wide range of technical and non-technical positions in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

→Partner with hiring managers and department heads to define job requirements and develop recruitment strategies
→Source, attract, and engage top-tier candidates using creative sourcing techniques
→Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including screening resumes, conducting phone screens, scheduling interviews, and facilitating offer negotiations
→Build and maintain talent pipelines for frequently hired roles
→Conduct initial assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit
→Provide an outstanding candidate experience by guiding applicants through the recruitment process
→Collaborate with executive leadership on offer details and closing candidates

Requirements

✓6+ years of experience in recruiting within a high-growth tech startup environment
✓Proven track record of successfully filling technical and non-technical roles
✓Experience with sourcing techniques, talent mapping, and engaging passive candidates
✓Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM tools; Lever experience is a plus
✓Strong interpersonal and communication skills
✓Highly organized, proactive, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
✓Knowledge of the technology and AI space is highly desirable
