C1 • Offer: B2B/UZL, paid days off, 100% remote (or hybrid/onsite - as you prefer), Polish time zone, flexible hours, full time position, long term contract, Scrum Teams, regular Proxy Product Owners’ knowledge sharing meetings, and more • Perks and Benefits: Budgets for self-development, integrations, healthcare & sport activities, Mentoring Program, Individual Career Path, Paid Time Off, Paid Health Break and more • Tools you’ll use: Slack, GSuite, Jira, Miro and Coda, Apple MacBook Pro Your future tasks and duties: • Close cooperation with the Product Owner on the Client's side • Learn user needs and the WHY behind the product and communicate it to the team • Work at the discovery and delivery stages of the product implementation • Manage the product roadmap & product backlog • Prepare the requirements so they are clear to the team • Ensure timely delivery of the product • Negotiate the scope and explain technical aspects to the client • Work with a scrum team (cross-functional teams of 4-12) • Collect and provide feedback for your team About you - Tech skills & Experience: • 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner/Business Analyst of a SaaS product OR serving clients developing an SaaS product in a BA/Proxy Product Owner role • Experienced working in Agile projects • Skilled in cooperation, conducting talks, meetings, and workshops with United States based, English-speaking clients • Experienced in writing down requirements, creating process flows and communicating them to the development team • Ability to conduct workshops with the client (use of a wide range of workshop techniques depending on the kind of client and their needs) About you - Soft Skills: • Excellent command of Polish and English (both C1) is required • Not afraid to question the status quo • Able to communicate clearly with assertiveness and a positive attitude • Analytical mindset (understand the project from the helicopter view and in detail) • Open-minded, have a problem-solving way of thinking • Excellent at self-management & decision-making • Happy to take ownership of the product • Open to learning from your exceptional teammates and co-workers Nice to have: • Experience in working with Senior Executives • Understanding of web development technical concepts • History of working with American stakeholders Recruitment process: • CV review by HR Team • Phone call with HR Team (15min) • Soft-skills interview with HR Team (1h) • Technical interview with our Product Team (1,5h interview) • Interview with Head of Product Delivery (45min) • Feedback and decision! :) Join us and have a real impact on the road to a project’s success!
