About the Role
Tinder Seoul's iOS team focuses on creating products using ML/AI technology to improve Tinder's overall matching quality and provide the best user experience. The iOS software engineer will collaborate with global teams to develop features that enhance user engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop new iOS app features and improve existing ones using UIKit and SwiftUI
- →Create features to improve app performance, stability, and UX, including support for low-end devices and real-time interactions
- →Understand and improve the Swift, UIKit, SwiftUI, and Combine codebase
- →Enhance quality through modularization, architecture improvements, and code refactoring
- →Participate in test automation and ensure code stability using XCTest and Swift Testing
- →Collaborate with global engineers, product managers, designers, and data scientists to develop user-centric products
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of iOS development experience
- ✓Experience with Swift-based iOS development (including UIKit and SwiftUI)
- ✓Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, memory models, and operating systems
- ✓Understanding of iOS architecture design and code structure
- ✓Ability to communicate constructively during code reviews and collaboration
- ✓Experience in proactively defining and solving problems
- ✓Interest in contributing to code quality improvement within the team
