About the Role
Maze is building an AI-native platform for vulnerability management, helping security teams find and fix vulnerabilities faster. We're at the intersection of generative AI and cybersecurity and are growing rapidly. We're hiring a Senior Manager of Growth Marketing to own demand generation end-to-end, focusing on creating and executing integrated campaigns that drive pipeline impact.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own demand generation end-to-end, from campaign concept and messaging through execution, conversion, and pipeline impact
- →Drive integrated campaigns across email, content, paid, web, events, and emerging channels
- →Build and iterate on positioning and messaging for ICP segments including AppSec, DevOps, and cloud security buyers
- →Set and maintain a high creative bar, writing sharp copy and directing design toward a premium standard
- →Experiment relentlessly, invent new channels and tactics, and test hypotheses with speed and rigor
- →Manage the marketing tech stack and reporting with a bias toward HubSpot for campaign management and attribution
- →Partner closely with Sales and SDRs to ensure campaign-sourced pipeline is well-qualified and tracked back to closed revenue
Requirements
- ✓5–10 years of B2B growth marketing or demand generation experience, with at least 2 years in a Series A or B environment
- ✓Proven pipeline impact with specific campaigns you ran, the pipeline they generated, and what you learned
- ✓Deep experience in technical B2B markets, ideally cybersecurity, DevOps, cloud, AppSec, or adjacent developer/infrastructure tools
- ✓Strong copywriting and messaging instincts with a library of examples
- ✓Eye for design and creative direction, knowing what premium looks like
- ✓Owner mentality and operating discipline, managing multiple workstreams without dropping details
- ✓Fluency with AI tools, actively using LLMs to iterate faster and improve output quality
