We partner with leading app developers and publishers to produce high-performing creative, and we’re now looking for a talented Playable Ad Developer to help us build engaging, interactive experiences for our clients in the social gaming space. ROLE OVERVIEW As a Playable Ad Developer, you will oversee the full lifecycle of playable ad production—from early concepting to technical execution and deployment. You will work closely with our creative, design, and performance marketing teams to build highly engaging HTML5-based playable ads that showcase polished social casino gameplay and drive user acquisition at scale. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Develop high-quality, lightweight playable ads using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. - Build engaging interactive experiences using game frameworks such as Phaser.js or Pixi.js. - Integrate creative assets (sprites, reels, animations, UI elements, etc.) to accurately replicate Vegas-style slot gameplay and other casino mechanics. - Optimize playable ads for maximum performance, ensuring fast load times and smooth animation across devices, placements, and ad networks. - Implement and troubleshoot integrations with major mobile ad network SDKs (e.g., Unity Ads, Google AdMob, ironSource). - Support creative A/B testing through variations, refinements, and performance-driven adjustments. - Collaborate with designers, motion artists, and performance teams to ensure playable ad concepts align with campaign goals. - Stay up to date with mobile advertising trends, HTML5 game development best practices, and evolving platform requirements. QUALIFICATIONS - Proven experience as a Playable Ad Developer, HTML5 Game Developer, or similar technical role. - A strong portfolio showcasing playable ads, interactive demos, or lightweight HTML5 games. - Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. - Hands-on experience with at least one HTML5 game framework (Phaser.js, Pixi.js, or similar). - Familiarity with technical specs and requirements of major mobile ad networks. - Solid understanding of performance optimization techniques for mobile-focused web applications. - Strong problem-solving skills, technical curiosity, and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. PREFERRED (NOT REQUIRED) - Experience with 2D animation tools such as Adobe Animate, Spine, or similar. - Background in mobile game development, especially casual or casino genres. - Experience with version control tools like Git.
