Bring your ideas forward and make them happen.   WHAT YOU’LL DO - Build and maintain data pipelines for collecting, transforming, and loading data from various sources - Participate in the design and implementation phases of data projects - Create and optimise ETL processes and data storage strategies - Implement and maintain data models within our data warehouse - Contribute to DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing - Support troubleshooting and resolution of production issues - Collaborate with team members to improve our data infrastructure   WHAT WE EXPECT - 3+ years of experience in data engineering - Strong Python programming skills - Proven experience with ETL pipeline development - Advanced SQL skills including stored procedures and optimization - Experience with Airflow, Docker, and Terraform - Hands-on experience with Snowflake or similar data warehousing technologies - Working knowledge of AWS or Google Cloud - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities   WHAT YOU GET - Health & Well-being – Private health insurance with mental health coverage (including psychotherapy sessions), in-house physiotherapy, and access to premium wellness apps and fitness resources - Time to Recharge – Paid sick days and extra vacation days that grow the longer you’re with us - Continuous Growth – Deep focus on individual progress, backed by the 70/20/10 development model and a variety of L&D initiatives that help boost performance all year round. Salary offers are based on the candidate's experience. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
