About the Role
Mento is looking for their first Account Manager to support the full partner lifecycle from implementation through renewal and expansion. This role involves serving as the operational point of contact for partner accounts and building trusted relationships with partners.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own day-to-day account management for partner accounts
- →Partner cross-functionally with coaching operations, product/engineering, sales, and leadership teams
- →Design and execute partner-specific programs that drive engagement
- →Manage renewals tracking and design systems to move accounts toward positive health indicators
- →Drive engagement and utilization for partners
- →Build and maintain partner-facing documentation and internal operations manuals
- →Identify opportunities for program expansion
Requirements
- ✓2-3 years in customer success, account management, or client services at a B2B SaaS or tech company
- ✓Proven ability to manage client relationships in fast-paced startup environments
- ✓Strong project management skills
- ✓Comfort with data and reporting
- ✓Experience with HubSpot, Zapier, and CRM architecture
