Job Summary:

As we continue to expand our solutions and strengthen our go‑to‑market capabilities, we’re seeking a Senior Manager, Revenue Operations who will play a pivotal role in shaping the operational foundation that enables our teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
This is a high‑impact role for a collaborative, forward‑thinking operations leader with experience in SaaS or technology environments. You’ll combine analytical rigor, project leadership, and strong stakeholder partnership to bring clarity, discipline, and insight to Mercer’s revenue engine.
Essential Job Functions for this role include:
Lead with Partnership & Influence
• Build trusted, consultative relationships with leaders across Sales, Client Development, Marketing, Finance, and Product.
• Serve as a strategic advisor—translating business priorities into operational models and actionable insights.
• Facilitate alignment across diverse stakeholder groups, creating clarity and shared ownership around key initiatives.
• Navigate complex, matrixed environments with a focus on communication, collaboration, and measurable outcomes.
Drive Critical Revenue Programs
• Lead planning, execution, and governance of major revenue operations initiatives.
• Manage complex projects from concept to completion, ensuring transparency, accountability, and timely delivery.
• Strengthen Mercer’s GTM rhythm through consistent processes across prospecting, QBRs, and pipeline management.
• Develop the documentation, frameworks, and operational playbooks that enable scale and repeatability.
Elevate Insights & Revenue Intelligence
• Own development of analytical models, dashboards, and KPIs that help GTM leaders make informed decisions.
• Deliver analysis that illuminates pipeline health, forecast trends, channel performance, and client lifecycle metrics.
• Apply deep knowledge of SaaS and subscription metrics to strengthen predictability and long‑term revenue visibility.
• Partner with Data/BI teams to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and integrity of GTM data.
Optimize Systems & Enable Growth
• Enhance Salesforce workflows, reporting, and data quality to improve efficiency and seller experience.
• Collaborate with platform and enablement teams to optimize Mercer’s broader GTM tech stack.
• Assess and recommend tools that support scale, client engagement, and operational excellence across the revenue lifecycle.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• 7–10+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related roles.
• Experience working in a SaaS or technology company, with a strong command of subscription metrics (ARR, churn, retention, expansion, CAC, LTV, etc.).
• Proven ability to influence and partner with executive and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Strong project and program management skills with a track record of leading large, multi‑team initiatives.
• Analytical depth, paired with the ability to translate complex data into insights and recommendations.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and familiarity with BI platforms (e.g., PowerBI, Tableu, Domo, etc.)
Preferred:
• Experience supporting revenue planning, forecasting, and commercial strategy.
• Comfort operating in a global, matrixed organization with multiple stakeholder groups.
• Ability to connect business strategy to operational execution and data-driven insights.
• Experience developing or mentoring operations talent.

Work Schedule:
This professional role requires availability during standard business hours of Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM. At times, the role may have early or late hours to meet business tasks and deadlines for external and internal client needs.
All roles classified as a non-exempt are required to record working time into the timekeeping system daily at the start and end of each workday plus a 30-minute unpaid lunch period.
Working Conditions:
This position may be in a professional office environment or a dedicated home office workspace which is free of interruptions. Whether position is in a dedicated office space or home office workspace, basic technology needs will be provided to satisfy position requirements. Routinely sitting and standing for periods of time. No heavy lifting over 10 lbs.
Actual base pay within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the applicant’s geographic location, relevant experience, education, skills and licenses/certifications. This position is also eligible to earn incentive compensation through one of Mercer Advisors’ incentive compensation programs.
Base Pay Range $140,000—$160,000 USDBenefits:
