Mercor is hiring an NLP Engineer on behalf of a top-tier AI lab! If you're passionate about building cutting-edge language pipelines, this could be your next big move. In this role, you'll:

Design and ship scalable NLP pipelines for classification, tokenization, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) Work with multilingual corpora and build robust text analytics + evaluation frameworks.

Fine-tune models using Hugging Face Transformers, PyTorch, spaCy, and more Integrate solutions into advanced AI systems, including neural search and IR pipelines.

You're a great fit if you have:

Strong background in CS, computational linguistics, or related fields.

Hands-on experience with Transformers, tokenizers, embeddings, and model fine-tuning.

Expertise in NLP tasks like entity recognition, preprocessing, and multilingual data.

Curiosity for RAG systems and scalable data pipelines (JSON/JSONL, etc.).

Perks: Part-time (20–30 hrs/week), fully remote & flexible schedule.

Hourly contractor role, paid weekly Weekly bonuses of $500–$1000 USD per 5 tasks completed.
