About the Role
Mercor is seeking a Research Program Manager to coordinate the development and release of benchmarks and evaluation systems for AI models. This role involves working across research, operations, and marketing to ensure evaluations are executed rigorously and new benchmarks launch smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- →Coordinate the release of new benchmarks
- →Maintain and update Mercor’s leaderboards and website
- →Submit results to leaderboards, competitions, and community pages
- →Run and monitor new evaluations
- →Support marketing for benchmarks and evaluations
- →Develop messaging for new benchmark releases
- →Coordinate delivery of evaluation reports
- →Build relationships in the AI evaluations and data ecosystem
Requirements
- ✓Background in consulting, tech, project management, or research support
- ✓2-3 years of professional experience
- ✓Strong analytical and communication abilities
- ✓Proven track record of managing complex projects
