About the Role
We are looking for a Solutions Architect to guide customers from signed contract to live and scaling at Mesh. This role involves serving as a technical expert on APIs and SDKs, designing implementation strategies, and mentoring customer engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as a trusted solutions consultant, driving fast, successful customer implementations and adoption
- →Design and deliver post-sales solutions that accelerate time to value
- →Optimize tools and data to improve workflows and customer experience
- →Guide customer engineering teams on SDK and API best practices
- →Triage and resolve technical issues across customers and internal teams
- →Create playbooks and implementation guides to speed onboarding
- →Partner cross-functionally and with executives on technical deep dives
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data, or equivalent hands-on experience
- ✓3+ years in solutions engineering, solutions architecture, or support engineering
- ✓Strong communicator who builds trusted relationships
- ✓Proven hands-on experience designing, using, and troubleshooting APIs and integrations
- ✓Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Fluent in APIs, SDKs, and modern tooling
- ✓Working knowledge of crypto and fintech, including blockchain technology
- ✓Experience on early-stage or founding teams strongly preferred
