About the Role
We are seeking a Platform Engineer to join Meshy, a leading 3D generative AI company. This role focuses on ensuring the reliability, scalability, and operability of Meshy's AI model serving stack and core engineering infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own production reliability, including availability, latency, error budgets, incident response, postmortems, and follow-ups
- →Build and maintain observability systems with metrics, logs, traces, alerting, SLOs/SLIs, and dashboards
- →Improve deployment safety through CI/CD, rollout strategies, automated rollback, and runbooks
- →Conduct capacity planning and cost control for GPU/CPU sizing, autoscaling, queue/backpressure management, and cost attribution
- →Ensure security and compliance with secrets management, least privilege, patching, and vulnerability response
- →Develop disaster recovery and operational readiness plans including backups, failover plans, and game days
- →Develop and maintain the GPU inference serving stack including APIs, schedulers, workers, batching, and caching
Requirements
- ✓Strong Linux fundamentals
- ✓Networking fundamentals
- ✓Experience with Kubernetes
- ✓Experience with incident response
- ✓Experience with observability tools
- ✓Strong software engineering ability in at least one of: Go / Python
- ✓Ability to reason about performance tradeoffs and measure before optimizing
