About the Role:
We are exploring the next generation of 3D creation products and are looking for a Product Leader for 3D Agents. This role will define how AI Agents are applied in 3D creation, driving the evolution from capability exploration to truly usable products for global creators and enterprise customers. This is a highly strategic and early-stage position. You will work closely with teams across research, design, engineering, and data, directly contributing to the definition, validation, and rapid iteration of new product directions.
What You’ll Do:
1. Product Strategy & Execution: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of the 3D Agent product, including requirement definition, solution design, roadmap planning, and iterative releases.
2. User Research & Scenario Discovery: Develop a deep understanding of workflows and pain points across different user segments. Identify key scenarios suitable for agentization and continuously optimize task efficiency and user experience.
3. AI Capability Productization: Integrate large language models, 3D generation/editing capabilities, and workflow orchestration into usable products. Design effective interaction models, task flows, feedback mechanisms, and controllability solutions.
4. Agent Evaluation Framework Design: Establish metrics such as task success rate, cost efficiency, and user satisfaction. Build evaluation systems for human-AI collaboration and drive continuous optimization.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with engineering, research, and growth teams to efficiently drive the delivery of complex projects.
What We're Looking For:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with 3+ years of product management experience. Experience with Agent, Copilot, Automation, or Workflow products is required.
2. Strong, systematic understanding of AI Agent architecture, including intent understanding, tool use, task orchestration, context management, and memory systems, and how these impact product design. Familiarity with the limitations of mainstream LLMs.
3. Comprehensive knowledge of the AI Agent tech stack (LLMs, Tool Use, Orchestration, Context Engineering, Memory, Skills), with the ability to translate system-level understanding into product decisions.
4. Excellent user insight, logical thinking, and cross-functional leadership skills. Pragmatic, execution-driven, and results-oriented.
5. Comfortable in fast-paced startup environments with high uncertainty. Strong curiosity for emerging technologies and proactive use of AI tools to improve productivity.
6. Proficiency in English as a working language.
Nice to have:
1. Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and Agent evaluation design.
2. Background in 3D, gaming, modeling, animation, or digital art tools.
3. Experience with AI products, creator tools, productivity tools, APIs, or international products.
4. Basic coding ability; engineering or research background is a plus.
5. Strong spoken English, with the ability to communicate effectively with global users.
