About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Writer to join Metabase, the easiest way for people to get insights from their data. This role focuses on creating clear, customer-facing documentation for our product.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work with engineers, product managers, and product designers to create clear, customer-facing documentation for Metabase.
- →Collaborate with our Success Engineers to understand how customers think and develop best practices, guides, and tutorials to address customer needs.
- →Become a product expert, test new features, and provide product feedback.
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of experience writing docs for technical audiences in data analytics, data engineering, or related fields.
- ✓Technical expertise in data science or data engineering - you’ll be expected to be a product and domain expert.
- ✓Strong SQL skills.
- ✓Solid understanding of database concepts and data landscape.
- ✓Experience with docs-as-code workflows, Markdown, and Git.
