Be responsible for the design, implementation and continuous evolution of core system modules. 2. Lead the architecture design and technical decision-making of the Python technology stack. 3. Serve as the Architecture Reviewer for key systems. 4. Establish and promote a high-standard Code Review mechanism. 5. Enhance the stability, scalability and maintainability of the system. 6. Design and formulate the engineering specification system (Context Pack / Engineering Standards). 7. Optimize the development efficiency of the team and the quality of cross-team collaboration. Responsibilities 1. More than 5 years of Python backend development experience (required) 2. Solid knowledge of data structures and system design 3. Experience with complex systems or platform-level architectures, such as Workflow Engine, Policy Engine, Permission System, Distributed Systems 4. Familiarity with one or more of the following technical directions: FastAPI / Flask / Django, Microservice architecture / Distributed systems, Message queues (Kafka / RabbitMQ), Databases (PostgreSQL / Redis) 5.
