About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our AI company focused on recruiting. This role involves becoming an expert on how Metaview works, troubleshooting complex issues, and designing internal tools to improve the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- →Take end-to-end ownership of escalated technical issues
- →Diagnose issues using internal logs and tooling
- →Design and maintain lightweight internal tools and workflows
- →Create and improve internal documentation
- →Partner with Account Managers on key enterprise accounts
- →Collaborate with Engineering to provide bug reports
Requirements
- ✓1–3 years in a customer-facing technical support role at a B2B software company
- ✓Comfort digging into logs, systems, and documentation
- ✓Experience translating ambiguous customer issues
- ✓Ability to collaborate closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Engineering
- ✓SQL experience and basic coding proficiency
- ✓Clear, concise written and verbal communication
- ✓High ownership mindset
- ✓Ability to work to PST hours
