Mission principale : 
Développer la performance commerciale des partenaires des ventes indirectes, structurer leur montée en compétence et optimiser les processus, outils et rituels afin d’augmenter durablement le chiffre d’affaires généré via les canaux de vente indirecte. 
Responsabilités clés : 
Animation et support des partenaires commerciaux : 
• Suivi et amélioration de la performance des partenaires  
• Développement du réseau de partenaires et du chiffre d’affaires associé 
• Animation des rituels commerciaux : daily, weekly, bilans de campagne 
Suivi de la performance & reporting : 
• Définition des KPIs de performance (conversion, rétention, productivité) 
• Analyse hebdomadaire/mensuelle des données avec recommandations concrètes 
• Identification et partage des best practices 
Optimisation des processus & outils : 
• Amélioration des outils mis à disposition des partenaires 
• Recommandations et déploiement d’actions pour améliorer la qualité de la Data 
• Coordination avec les équipes Data, Opérations ou IT pour faire évoluer les process et outils 
Gestion opérationnelle des activités commerciales : 
• Support des demandes entrantes des partenaires 
• Formation Ã l’utilisation de la plateforme 
• Gestion des demandes complexes remontées par les partenaires
