About the Role

We are looking for a driven and highly organized Talent Acquisition Specialist to join Method, a company transforming how small businesses operate through its Method CRM product. This role will own full-cycle recruitment across the organization, partnering with hiring managers to build great teams.

Key Responsibilities

→Manage the full recruitment cycle end-to-end across all departments, from job requisition to offer
→Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and calibrate on candidate profiles
→Source candidates proactively via LinkedIn Recruiter and conduct targeted outreach
→Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates with a strong eye for culture fit
→Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process
→Build and maintain recruitment reports and dashboards in Ashby
→Represent Method at career fairs and external recruiting events
→Send and manage offers, coordinating with stakeholders
→Continuously improve hiring processes and share best practices

Requirements

✓2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in-house at a tech or SaaS company
✓Hands-on experience with Ashby and LinkedIn Recruiter
✓Track record of managing multiple open roles simultaneously
✓Strong communication and relationship-building skills
✓Proven experience recruiting for technical and non-technical roles
✓Organized, process-driven mindset with attention to detail
✓Resourceful and self-directed with ability to manage competing priorities
