About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join Method, a company that connects consumers to financial accounts through its modern API. This role involves becoming a trusted advisor to customers, helping them maximize the value they get from Method.
Key Responsibilities

- βAdvocate for customers internally, ensuring an excellent Method experience and gathering feedback for product roadmap

Requirements
- β6+ years of experience in a client-facing role in technology, investment banking, or consulting
- βExceptional project management and organizational skills with attention to detail and proactivity
- βStrong business sense and understanding of customer business drivers and strategy
- βStrong written communication and ability to grasp technical concepts
- βNatural curiosity to stay updated with new technologies and Fintech trends
- βCapability to work well with a wide range of people, both internally and externally
