About the Role
You will support managers in our large markets with all personnel-related matters throughout the entire employee life cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support managers in large markets with all personnel-related matters along the entire employee life cycle
- →Analyze personnel economic and labor law issues and develop solutions in coordination with managers and involved departments
- →Act as the interface between our markets and the central office for all HR-related topics
- →Maintain ongoing exchange with managers regarding our employee surveys and jointly develop measures to be implemented in the market
- →Support our markets in recruiting, especially for difficult positions
- →Participate in HR projects and jointly shape the further development of the HR department with the team
- →Work closely with the HR Business Partner team
