About the Role
We are looking for an HRBP for the North Zone with headquarters in Bilbao or Santander. The main mission will be to ensure and support business teams in implementing People and Culture strategy and processes, ensuring regional growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work closely with store leadership teams and commercial and logistics teams to implement People and Culture strategy, always focusing on team development
- →Collaborate with teams from 8 centers (stores), sales force team, and platform regarding labor relations, recruitment, training, development, organization, and compensation
- →Focus on cross-functional area management, cultural and role changes
Requirements
- ✓Performance Management: Support, train, and ensure implementation of the performance evaluation and development system (MPOWER), promoting a feedback culture and ensuring team training and tool usage
- ✓Talent Strategy Implementation: Collaborate with leaders and managers in talent management, facilitate performance and potential processes, support in designing succession plans for talented individuals and key positions
- ✓Talent Selection and Retention: Participate in selection and hiring processes, as well as develop retention strategies to develop and retain top talent in the organization
- ✓Labor Relations: Manage labor relations, promoting a healthy work environment
- ✓Processes & Data Analysis: Use HR metrics to make informed decisions and collaborate with the Central Office team for continuous improvement of People and Culture processes
- ✓Organization: Evaluate and ensure implementation of the current organizational structure, proposing improvements to enhance team performance and collaboration
- ✓Compensation: Implement the organization's compensation policies, working with Central Office to ensure they are appropriate to market reality
- ✓Diversity and Inclusion: Implement policies that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in all regional teams
