About the Role
We are looking for a POS Implementation Specialist to join our Digital Sales Force team. This role focuses on managing and monitoring the entire implementation process of the new METRO, DISH POS system.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support in the on-site installation of the cash register system
- →Responsible for the entire installation process, from implementation to delivery
- →Provide consulting to clients and improve their management processes, together with the sales team
- →Provide technical training to end users on product management
- →Deliver internal training on product features and any updates
- →Interface with corporate colleagues on POS development and technical issues
- →Manage all operational and/or ancillary activities related to the duties performed
Requirements
- ✓Experience with POS systems and software/hardware installation
- ✓Strong technical training and consulting skills
- ✓Ability to work with sales teams to improve commercial profitability
- ✓Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ✓Ability to interface with technical teams and provide support to end users
