Key Responsibilities

• →Lead and manage multiple technical projects, including solution deployments, system migrations, upgrades, and enterprise-wide rollouts
• →Define project scope, requirements, and business cases, collaborating closely with platform teams
• →Develop project plans and schedules to effectively coordinate cross-functional technical teams
• →Drive end-to-end change management processes to support smooth adoption of new systems and processes
• →Identify and assess project risks, issues, and dependencies
• →Serve as the primary communication and escalation point for stakeholders
• →Ensure adherence to project governance frameworks, methodologies, and best practices
• →Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and metrics
• →Contribute to PMO governance by improving processes, standards, and toolsets
• →Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability in project delivery
