About the Role
The Business Analyst will join the Business Planning team within the Sales and Operations Directorate. This role involves close collaboration with Purchasing, Pricing, Supply Chain, Financial Control, and IT teams to organize data collection, structure and qualify data, and provide a 360° view of performance to guide ROI-focused decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- →Determine data collection needs through business partner consultation
- →Identify information sources, particularly in coordination with data and Performance & tools teams
- →Organize data collection in collaboration with reference teams (IT, customer data, markets, etc.)
- →Structure data to make it usable
- →Master and use tools like Power BI and report Cubes to build regular tracking
- →Produce automated reports required to manage operations, with particular attention to report usability
- →Respond to ad-hoc analysis requests
- →Develop proposals for analyses or tracking to improve performance
- →Build end-to-end Business Planning (forecast revenue, commercial operations, management and results)
- →Understand the financial and strategic issues related to channel development choices
- →Ensure rituals for monitoring operational performance
- →Formulate recommendations for prioritizing continuous improvement actions
