About the Role
Metropolis is seeking a Product Manager II to lead initiatives that are foundational to delivering seamless, intelligent, and scalable experiences across our growing network of locations. You will own core parts of our platform that power critical growth drivers of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define and drive the product vision for core platform capabilities
- →Translate business goals and complex requirements into prioritized roadmaps
- →Lead product discovery and delivery using data, experimentation, and user feedback
- →Partner with Engineering and Operations to optimize system health
- →Execute the migration strategy for ERP, HCM, and EPM systems
- →Ensure financial integrity by meeting accounting standards
- →Identify opportunities to automate workflows and eliminate technical debt
- →Manage end-to-end launches from QA to final adoption
- →Support the design and execution of UAT scripts
- →Monitor and drive key performance metrics
Requirements
- ✓5+ years in Product Management, specifically within Fintech, ERP, or complex SaaS environments
- ✓High level of technical precision and understanding of data accuracy
- ✓Deep understanding of Accounting and Finance
- ✓Comfortable working with data schemas, ETL processes, and integrations
- ✓Proven track record of managing large-scale programs or platform migrations
- ✓Ability to push back on stakeholders while maintaining relationships
- ✓Motivated by scale, complexity, and solving problems that impact company valuation
