About the Role

We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our team at Metropolis. This role focuses on supporting operations at assigned locations and ensuring all elements meet company standards.

Key Responsibilities

→Ensure client requests and concerns are resolved efficiently while proactively communicating with clients on operational improvements
→Conduct routine visits to assigned locations to ensure proper operating procedures and identify operational problems
→Support team and clients by being responsive during off-duty hours
→Ensure accounts operate within budget and make recommendations to address negative variances
→Hire, develop, train, and supervise a diverse team of employees

Requirements

✓5+ years of management experience with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams
✓Passion for delivering remarkable member experiences and solving complex problems
✓Experience creating and maintaining budgets to drive operational efficiency
✓Strong communication skills and ability to partner across all organizational levels
✓Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
✓Ability to work onsite with a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
✓Valid state-issued driver's license with acceptable driving record
