About the Role
We are looking for a Database Administrator to join our team and support a high-visibility, mission-critical customer. This role involves working with a highly qualified technical team to develop new applications and maintain legacy systems.

Requirements
- ✓Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility security clearance.
- ✓Security+, or equivalent, certification.
- ✓BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Mathematics, or related field.
- ✓6 years in database administration, engineering, and/or management.
- ✓Experience with installation/migration, configuration, restoration, and maintenance of database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc) in a Kubernetes and Linux environment.
- ✓Proficiency in SQL, including experience with PL/pgSQL or similar procedural language, use of SQL tools to monitor daily database activity and health, creation of complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, cursors, and user-defined functions, and primary support for various business-critical SQL Server applications.
- ✓Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker), cloud services (e.g., Azure, AWS), and CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab, Jenkins, Bash).
- ✓Experience with Linux/Unix and scripting languages such as Bash, Python, Json.
- ✓Able to support and troubleshoot RDBMS platforms on Linux, Kubernetes, and Windows environments.
