About the Role
We are looking for a Network Engineer to serve as a technical authority for voice, video, and collaboration platforms. This role requires deep technical expertise and strong team collaboration in a fast-paced operational environment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design, implement, and troubleshoot enterprise voice, video, and collaboration platforms
- →Configure and support SBCs, voice gateways, dial plans, and QoS
- →Serve as a technical Subject Matter Expert (SME)
- →Participate in Agile execution and collaborative problem-solving
- →Communicate technical issues clearly to stakeholders
- →Proactively recommend technical improvements
- →Support mission operations with urgency and accountability
- →Establish and maintain customer trust through technical expertise
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
- ✓Ability to obtain a Secret level security clearance or higher
- ✓10+ years of experience with network engineering solutions
- ✓Expertise with Unified Communications platforms including Cisco, Webex, and Microsoft Teams
- ✓Hands-on experience with session border controllers, voice gateways, and QoS
- ✓Experience with VQ Conference Manager, Jabber, Cisco telephony endpoints
- ✓Expert-level certifications such as CCIE Collaboration
