About the Role

We are looking for a UX Designer to lead a small team in applying user-centered design principles to develop the core UI, improve workflow, expand functionality, and enhance the visual appeal of a data brokerage solution.

Key Responsibilities

→Serve as the UI/UX Design Lead for a large IT/data modernization program
→Lead user research and development of front-end UI for a new data brokerage solution
→Develop externally facing marketing materials to communicate value and drive adoption
→Work with an open and motivated team creating digital experiences that solve client missions
→Own the Interface and Interaction Design
→Participate in the Agile process, grooming solutions to challenges
→Lead user experience strategy, improvement assessments, information architecture, wireframes, and user research activities

Requirements

✓7+ years of experience with user interface design patterns and standard UCD methodologies
✓Exceptional communication, conceptualization, and visual design abilities
✓Exceptional design skills, production value, and attention to detail
✓Ability to create wireframes and visual design comps
✓Strong working knowledge of industry standard design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, etc.)
✓Understanding of common software development, data engineering, and agile development practices
✓Bachelor’s Degree
✓Ability to obtain high level security clearance
