About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineer to join our fast-paced startup, focused on innovative voice technology solutions for the automotive industry. This role emphasizes backend Python engineering, system design, and the deployment of scalable systems.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Python
- →Architect efficient solutions for integrating various technologies, potentially including large language models (LLMs) and natural language processing (NLP)
- →Implement and optimize speech-to-text (STT) and text-to-speech (TTS) systems
- →Lead system design and architecture discussions, ensuring technical scalability and maintainability
- →Apply best practices in software development, including testing, CI/CD pipelines, and code quality
- →Mentor and guide team members, fostering technical growth and collaboration
- →Stay current with technology advancements relevant to our domain, including AI/ML, and evaluate their potential application
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of professional experience in backend Python development
- ✓Experience in system design and scalable architecture
- ✓Experience with API integrations
- ✓Experience deploying applications in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) using Docker
- ✓Proficiency in working with data and databases
- ✓Strong understanding of software engineering principles, including testing, code reviews, and CI/CD workflows
- ✓Demonstrated ability to mentor and inspire team members
- ✓Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
