Position Overview
The Associate Project Manager – Industrial Electrical & Inside Wiring supports the execution of heavy industrial electrical and inside wiring projects by planning, organizing, and applying core project management principles. This role partners closely with Project Managers, field supervision, electricians, and project stakeholders to help ensure scope, schedule, budget, safety, and quality goals are achieved.
This position is well suited for professionals seeking hands‑on experience managing industrial electrical construction projects in fast‑paced, field‑based environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Support execution of industrial electrical and inside wiring construction projects
• Assist with project schedules, cost tracking, budgets, and reporting
• Coordinate with field supervision, electricians, subcontractors, engineers, and clients
• Support material procurement, equipment tracking, and documentation control
• Participate in safety planning, job briefings, and compliance initiatives
• Provide ongoing onsite project support throughout long‑term assignments
• Assist with change management, productivity tracking, and project closeout processes

What It Takes
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with job cost tracking or construction estimating software is a plus
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to travel nationwide and commit to long‑term, onsite project assignments
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow as responsibilities and technical challenges evolve
