About the Role
We are looking for a Security Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on securing enterprise environments across application, database, server, and cloud platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- βSupport detection, monitoring, and tracking of security vulnerabilities at various levels
- βSecure AWS, Azure, and Google cloud operations
- βConfigure and troubleshoot IAM policies and security controls
- βTune SIEM performance and events data quality
- βWork with network team on access control technologies
- βConfigure SOAR tools, scripts, events, and playbooks
- βDevelop project plans, tasks, and timelines
- βConduct security assessments and track remediation
- βProvide on-call support as needed
Requirements
- βBS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- βMinimum 3 years of experience in enterprise environments
- βStrong understanding of SIEM technologies (AlertLogic, ArcSight, etc.)
- βFamiliarity with web application vulnerabilities and scanning tools
- βKnowledge of cloud security best practices
- βUnderstanding of compliance requirements (PCI-DSS, HIPAA, etc.)
- βExperience with Linux, Windows, or Mac OS
- βWorking knowledge of firewall and web filtering technologies
- βITIL framework-based processes experience
- βExcellent communication and problem-solving skills
- βAbility to handle multiple projects with shifting priorities
