About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Onboarding Coordinator to support our People Onboarding team during periods of growth. This individual will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and consistent new hire experience by managing onboarding communications, tracking attendance and training completion, and guiding new hires through early onboarding milestones.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage the New Hire Inbox, monitoring and responding to onboarding email daily
- →Guide new hires through early onboarding steps, tracking task completion and sending reminders
- →Provide attendance and orientation support, taking attendance for sessions and following up with no-shows
- →Monitor training and compliance completion, sending reminders and escalation notices
- →Provide administrative and operational support, maintaining trackers and preparing materials
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of administrative, coordination, or operations experience
- ✓Experience in HR, onboarding, or people operations preferred
- ✓Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple work streams
- ✓Exceptional follow-through and attention to detail
- ✓Comfortable sending proactive reminders and holding people accountable
- ✓Strong written communication skills
- ✓Proficiency with Google Workspace; experience with Notion or LMS platforms is a plus
- ✓Highly responsive and dependable
- ✓Process oriented and comfortable working within SOPs
- ✓Calm under pressure
- ✓Professional communicator
- ✓Able to work independently with minimal oversight
