About the Role
Mindtickle is seeking a hands-on Principal PMM – Field to translate the company’s portfolio into customer-specific stories and expansion plays. This role focuses on driving renewals, upgrades, and churn saves by helping customers understand and adopt the full value of Mindtickle.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop customer-specific value stories and messaging
- →Create tailored account narratives connecting Mindtickle capabilities to business priorities
- →Reframe misconceptions into platform outcomes stories
- →Build executive-ready positioning for renewal/expansion decision-makers
- →Own expansion, renewal, upgrade, and churn-save plays
- →Develop competitive differentiation narratives
- →Create post-sale customer-facing assets
- →Co-author thought-leadership materials
- →Capture patterns from customer cycles and translate them into product feedback
Requirements
- ✓Deep understanding of Mindtickle’s full portfolio
- ✓Experience in post-sale motion and customer value realization
- ✓Strong ability to develop competitive differentiation strategies
- ✓Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- ✓Experience in creating customer-facing assets and thought leadership materials
- ✓Ability to work closely with Product and CX leadership
