About the Role
We are looking for a VP of Demand Generation and Growth Marketing to lead our integrated marketing and growth initiatives at MinIO, the industry leader in high-performance object storage. This hands-on leadership role will involve setting strategy, executing programs, and optimizing how we identify high-value accounts and engage senior decision-makers to help sales win faster.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and own the global demand generation strategy aligned to revenue and pipeline targets
- →Build and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns to reach senior enterprise buyers
- →Translate product positioning into compelling campaigns for C-suite and VP-level decision-makers
- →Design high-converting landing pages and lead capture experiences
- →Partner with sales and product marketing to drive shared pipeline accountability
- →Plan and manage paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn and other platforms
- →Lead strategy and execution of ABM programs targeting senior leadership
- →Drive innovation around account intelligence and executive personalization
- →Support trade shows, executive roundtables, and virtual experiences
- →Analyze performance and optimize programs based on data
- →Manage demand generation budget allocations
Requirements
- ✓15+ years in B2B enterprise marketing with focus on demand generation or growth marketing
- ✓Experience with data infrastructure, cloud technologies, AI/ML, or enterprise storage
- ✓Proven success driving qualified pipeline and revenue within large enterprise accounts
- ✓Deep experience marketing to senior technical buyers and navigating complex buying committees
- ✓Builder's mindset with experience in fast-moving, high-growth companies
- ✓Deep understanding of marketing funnels, performance metrics, and attribution models
