About the Role
We are looking for a Paralegal to join our Brisbane City Head Office, working closely with our in-house Legal team. This position plays a key role in supporting both the Legal and Property teams, with a strong focus on conveyancing, lease administration, and property-related contractual matters.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support the end-to-end conveyancing process for the sale of Minor-owned apartments across Australia
- →Prepare contracts for sale and vendor disclosure documentation in accordance with relevant legislation
- →Coordinate searches, certificates, supporting documentation and settlement processes
- →Liaise with real estate agents, external lawyers and internal stakeholders throughout the transaction lifecycle
- →Track transaction milestones including exchange, conditions precedent and settlement
- →Manage lease administration, including renewals, variations, extensions and option exercise notices
- →Monitor material contract dates, including rent reviews, expiry dates and Management Rights agreements
- →Maintain accurate contract registers, legal records and governance documentation within LawVu
- →Support the Legal team with contract management, compliance requirements and legal documentation
- →Assist with the improvement of legal systems, processes and workflows across the Legal function
