📬 We’re hiring an Email Copywriter. Yes, the kind who actually enjoys writing emails.
If subject lines make your brain light up and you secretly judge brands for bad CTAs, this one might be for you.
Mint Source is working with a UK-based email marketing agency that partners with fast-growing DTC brands, and they’re looking for an Email Copywriter who can write high-converting emails at scale without losing their sanity (or their sense of humor).
What you’ll actually be doing • Writing up to 15 DTC marketing emails a day. Promos, campaigns, flows. The good stuff • Crafting subject lines that earn opens (not eye-rolls) • Writing clean, persuasive copy for both design-heavy and plain-text emails • Working closely with designers and account managers so nothing feels slapped together • QA-ing your own work because broken links are a personal offense • Tweaking copy based on data, feedback, and real results, not vibes
What we’re hoping you already know how to do • You’ve got 2+ years of DTC email copywriting under your belt • You understand direct response and why every word needs a job • You’ve worked in Klaviyo or at least won’t panic when someone mentions it • You can write fast without writing sloppy • You communicate clearly and don’t disappear when deadlines exist
Why this role doesn’t suck You’ll build a solid portfolio across legit DTC brands, work within clear systems (hello ClickUp), and have room to grow into testing, strategy, and bigger creative decisions. Mint Source handles the boring admin stuff like onboarding, payroll, and HR, so you can focus on writing emails that actually perform.
