About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Migration Lead to join Mintlify, a documentation platform serving 100 million+ developers annually. This role involves leading high-volume migrations, managing offshore teams, and supporting strategic accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead 6+ migrations per week for SMB and Mid-Market customers
- →Manage offshore migration team, assigning work and conducting quality reviews
- →Support high-potential accounts via dedicated Slack channels
- →Debug migration issues and write custom scripts
- →Maintain proactive communication throughout migrations
- →Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize critical features
- →Build customer health infrastructure with CRM tracking systems
- →Analyze product metrics and report on adoption rates
- →Create weekly feature communications for scaled customers
- →Drive continuous improvement in onboarding processes
Requirements
- ✓Strong proficiency in web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Git)
- ✓Track record of managing high-velocity technical implementations
- ✓Experience building operational infrastructure from 0 to 1
- ✓Data-driven mindset with experience in building dashboards
- ✓Vendor and stakeholder management experience
- ✓Excellent customer communication skills
- ✓Bias toward action and problem-solving
- ✓Bonus: Experience with documentation platforms and customer success tools
