About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join Mintlify, a documentation platform serving 100 million+ developers annually. This role involves hands-on problem-solving and supporting customers through our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- →Respond to product and technical questions through our support platform
- →Debug issues by inspecting customer setups including GitHub repositories and MDX files
- →Resolve support inquiries independently, escalating only when necessary
- →Collaborate with the support lead to evolve processes
- →Help improve internal support tooling and workflows
Requirements
- ✓Experience in technical support at a software or developer tools company
- ✓Experience navigating remote work environments
- ✓Comfortable using Git, GitHub, Retool, MDX/Markdown, and IDEs
- ✓Ability to read code, troubleshoot bugs, and identify root causes
- ✓Strong written communication skills with a friendly, professional tone
- ✓Comfort using AI agents and improving training data
