About the role:
We're looking for a Consumer Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market strategy and drive adoption for our consumer mobile app. This role is ideal for someone who has operated in a high-growth tech environment, understands consumer behavior deeply, and has experience marketing mobile and web products.
You'll partner closely with Product, Growth, Creative, and Leadership to define positioning, craft compelling messaging, and launch features that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Bonus if you have experience marketing creative tools or video editing software for consumers.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end go-to-market strategy for new features and product launches β from positioning and messaging to launch execution and post-launch measurement
- Develop deep consumer insights to inform segmentation, targeting, and messaging across channels
- Partner with Product to shape the roadmap narrative and define how we go to market
- Collaborate closely with Creative, Growth, Content, Lifecycle, and Social teams to quarterback lead marketing initiatives
- Define and track success metrics for launches; use data to iterate and improve performance
- Serve as the voice of the consumer internally, synthesizing research, feedback, and behavioral data into actionable strategy
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in product marketing focused on consumer (B2C) products
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with evolving structure β equally comfortable operating with ambiguity, pivoting quickly when priorities shift, and embracing change as the company scales
- Proven ownership of end-to-end go-to-market strategy and product launch execution
- Direct experience marketing a consumer mobile app at scale
- Strong data and analytics fluency able to set KPIs, interpret funnel performance, and make data-driven decisions
- Leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing
- Ability to thrive in fast pace, structure, but also pivot quickly if necessary
