About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to own the end-to-end talent lifecycle for our Engineering and Product teams. This role will act as a strategic partner to our leadership team, navigating complex negotiations and building elite teams that drive our mission.
Key Responsibilities
- →Guide candidates through the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact through offer acceptance
- →Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and cultivate a strong pipeline of elite technical talent
- →Partner with recruiting peers, hiring managers, and stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and deliver precise talent
- →Contribute to building an inclusive workplace by recruiting diverse talent
- →Identify opportunities to improve hiring velocity, operational efficiency, and candidate satisfaction
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience recruiting for software engineering and/or product positions
- ✓Demonstrated experience with creative sourcing techniques and personalized approaches to courting passive talent
- ✓Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for partnering with individuals at all organizational levels
- ✓Track record of providing authentic, high-touch experiences to candidates and hiring managers
- ✓Entrepreneurial mindset with a relentless work ethic and history of exceeding performance goals
