About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and collaborative Scrum Master to lead Agile teams in delivering innovative IT solutions within the healthcare domain. This role plays a key part in coordinating projects that enhance digital platforms, data processing, and system integration, ultimately improving healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead and oversee multiple global cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
- →Manage and facilitate sprint ceremonies and Program Increment (PI) events
- →Collaborate with Product Owners to shape product direction and maintain a healthy backlog
- →Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and dependent teams
- →Drive PI and sprint planning sessions to define scope and establish release plans
- →Facilitate estimation of epics and stories in Agile tools
- →Provide coaching and guidance to foster Agile maturity and empower teams toward continuous improvement
