About the Role
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our team and play a key role in developing and maintaining customer Salesforce integrations. This role focuses on supporting customers' existing codebase, resolving bugs, and implementing new features.
Key Responsibilities
- →Be part of an agile team developing a scalable, highly available global voice platform
- →Design, develop, debug, and maintain backend and service components using Java, JavaScript, Spring, and related technologies
- →Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Architects, Engineering leaders, and Test Engineers to deliver high-quality solutions
- →Apply performance, scalability, and reliability principles throughout the software development lifecycle
- →Troubleshoot, support, and improve the platform in production environments, embracing DevOps practices
- →Write and maintain unit, integration, and functional tests to ensure code quality and stability
- →Produce clear technical documentation and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Requirements
- ✓Experience with Java, JavaScript, and Spring technologies
- ✓Knowledge of Salesforce integrations and CRM CTI APIs
- ✓Strong understanding of backend and service component development
- ✓Experience with agile development methodologies
- ✓Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues
- ✓Skills in writing and maintaining various types of tests
- ✓Experience with technical documentation and communication
