About the Role
We are seeking a Director, Compensation & Total Rewards to lead our total rewards strategy and compensation programs at Mission Lane. This is a unique opportunity to build a new total rewards philosophy and compensation structure from the ground up, supporting our growth and helping employees thrive.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the PX Operations function with strategic oversight of compensation, benefits, and HR systems while mentoring a dedicated team.
- →Report directly to the Chief People Officer to align total rewards strategies with long-term business goals.
- →Partner with peers to ensure people-related processes align with Mission Lane’s culture and business needs.
- →Design and launch a comprehensive compensation structure including base, bonus, and equity.
- →Lead the development of benefits strategy to deliver market competitive programs.
- →Establish repeatable processes for managing risk and ensuring consistency across the organization.
- →Review and modernize variable compensation programs to effectively reward impact and high performance.
- →Partner with internal and external colleagues to implement a new HCM system.
- →Ensure all programs comply with local, state, and federal laws.
- →Generate and sustain reporting of key HR metrics.
Requirements
- ✓10+ years of experience in Human Resources with a focus on compensation management.
- ✓Proven track record in designing and implementing scalable pay structures.
- ✓Experience managing and developing teams in People Operations or Total Rewards.
- ✓Previous experience leading HCM system implementations.
- ✓Strong financial and analytical skills.
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field.
