We are looking for a highly organized and impact-driven Engineering Operations Manager to help scale and optimize how our engineering teams plan, execute, and deliver. In this role, you will work closely with engineering leadership, agile coaches, and product teams to translate strategy into execution. You will help drive clarity across priorities, improve delivery predictability, and enable teams to operate at their best.
You will play a central role in coordinating planning cycles, tracking key initiatives, and continuously improving processes, tooling, and ways of working across a multi-team engineering organization. What You’ll Do (Essential Responsibilities)
Strategy Execution & Performance Management
•
Support Engineering leadership in driving strategic initiatives and ensuring alignment across engineering teams.
•
Translate engineering strategy into clear, measurable performance indicators.
•
Monitor progress against OKRs, identify risks and dependencies, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
Planning & Delivery Governance
•
Coordinate and execute quarterly planning cycles in partnership with Product Management.
•
Facilitate cross-team planning, ensuring priorities, dependencies, and capacity are clearly understood.
•
Establish and maintain consistent delivery frameworks across teams (planning cadence, reporting, roadmap alignment).
•
Track major initiatives and ensure timely delivery by identifying blockers and escalating when necessary.
Process & Operational Excellence
•
Drive continuous improvement initiatives through the identification of operational inefficiencies and implementation of improvements across engineering practices to support scalable and predictable delivery of product
•
Monitor and audit processes, tools and ways of working adherence to ensure widespread adoption and consistency across teams.
•
Ensure clear communication of priorities, decisions, and progress across teams and leadership.
What You Need (Qualifications)
•
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Project Management or related field.
•
Knowledge, skills and abilities typically gained through 6+ years of experience in a combination of delivery management, program management, engineering operations or software development with at least 3 of those years in delivery management, program management, or engineering operations.
•
Experience supporting multi-team engineering organizations and coordinating complex initiatives.
•
Demonstrated experience implementing process improvements or operational frameworks in technology teams.
•
Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum delivery models and modern software development practices.
•
Comfortable working with engineering metrics and delivery data to drive insights and decision-making.
•
Excellent organizational and program management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
•
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence teams without direct authority.
•
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
