Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as the primary project owner for assigned clients from contract handoff through go-live
- →Gather system configurations and manage implementation timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- →Coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure a smooth and timely launch
- →Work directly with client stakeholders to configure hotline intake channels, reporting workflows, language support, and anonymity options
- →Provide client education and enablement through live training sessions and documentation
- →Support structured handoff to the Hotline Support team and assist with enterprise upgrades or reconfigurations
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of experience in software implementation, professional services, or onboarding
- ✓Experience supporting SaaS platforms, preferably in ethics, compliance, HR, legal, or GRC environments
- ✓Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple implementations concurrently
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ✓High attention to detail with a client-first mindset
