Job Overview The Senior Global Content Marketing Manager defines and drives Mitratech GRC’s global thought leadership and brand narrative, creating a cohesive content strategy that fuels top-of-funnel demand, brand awareness, and market credibility across regions. This role sits at the intersection of brand, search, and AI-driven discovery, ensuring Mitratech’s thought leadership is optimised for human audiences, modern search engines, answer engines, and large language models (LLMs). The ideal candidate is a strategic storyteller who can translate complex market dynamics, regulatory change, and regional pain points into compelling narratives, while ensuring global consistency with local relevance. This is a highly cross-functional, globally oriented role, working closely with Events, Field Marketing, Partner Marketing, Executive Leadership, and Corporate Marketing, while aligning with (but not duplicating) Product Marketing and Product Content Marketing. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: • Define and own Mitratech GRC’s global content and thought leadership vision, establishing narrative pillars that drive top-of-funnel awareness and demand • Translate industry trends, regulatory change, and customer challenges into authoritative, forward-looking narratives • Lead the creation of high-impact top-of-funnel content, including thought leadership reports, executive briefs, keynote narratives, blogs, and opinion pieces • Partner with internal SMEs and executive leadership to shape perspectives and ghostwrite senior-level content • Develop and maintain a global editorial framework aligned to events, campaigns, and regional marketing activity • Activate global themes in partnership with Field, Events, and Partner Marketing teams • Ensure consistency of voice, tone, and messaging across executive, corporate, and marketing communications • Collaborate with Product Marketing to ensure thought leadership aligns with, but does not duplicate, product messaging and positioning • Evolve content strategy to support SEO, Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO), and AI-driven discovery • Ensure content is structured for machine readability, authority, and reuse across search and LLM platforms • Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, drafting, optimisation, and localisation while maintaining editorial quality and brand standards • Partner with SEO, Web, and Analytics functions to optimise content performance and visibility across traditional and AI-powered channels Requirements & Skills: • 7–10+ years of experience in content marketing, brand storytelling, thought leadership, or corporate communications, preferably in B2B technology or SaaS • Proven experience developing vision-led, top-of-funnel content strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and demand • Strong executive presence with experience ghostwriting for senior leaders and operating in high-visibility environments • Ability to synthesize complex industry, regulatory, and market insights into clear, compelling narratives • Experience partnering with Events, Field Marketing, and Partner Marketing teams at a global or regional scale • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong sense of voice, tone, and brand consistency • Strategic mindset combined with the ability to execute and deliver high-quality content at pace • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience in influencing without direct authority • Ability to balance global consistency with regional relevance • Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Word); experience working with agencies and external partners is a plus • BA/BS degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field Compensation Mitratech remains committed to equitable and transparent pay practices. Final base salary offered may vary from the range listed and will be determined after carefully considering multiple factors during the hiring process, including location, relevant experience and education, required competencies and skill proficiency level, and review of internal equity. This role can be performed 100% remotely within the U.S. Anticipated base salary: $110,000 USD Annually Total compensation includes US employee benefits and annual bonus eligibility.
