About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join Mitratech, a company focused on building world-class products for Legal, Risk, Compliance, and HR functions. This role involves shaping enterprise user experiences and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the end-to-end design process for complex enterprise features, driving discovery, workflow definition, and high-fidelity visual design.
- →Work closely with engineers, product managers, and other designers to design accessible, performant, and elegant interfaces.
- →Produce user flows, interaction models, prototypes, and visual specs across multiple enterprise products.
- →Advocate for the user experience, ensuring user needs lead design decisions.
- →Apply modern UX/UI and AI-assisted expertise to elevate implementation quality and usability.
- →Investigate complex problems, validate solutions with stakeholders, and turn abstract challenges into actionable design direction.
- →Influence product strategy by framing user problems and presenting design recommendations.
- →Partner with engineering teams to build interactive prototypes and provide clear workflows.
- →Contribute to the design system to support consistency and scalability.
- →Mentor and elevate the design team through critique, coaching, and knowledge-sharing.
Requirements
- ✓5–8 years of UX/Product Design experience, preferably in enterprise SaaS environments.
- ✓Expert understanding of UX processes, interaction design fundamentals, and end-to-end design workflows.
- ✓Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to design for complex systems and translate business/user needs into thoughtful solutions.
- ✓Hands-on experience conducting user research and applying findings to real product decisions.
- ✓Mastery of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Framer, Adobe XD, Illustrator, or Photoshop.
- ✓Deep experience with design systems, from consuming to contributing at scale.
- ✓Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present design rationale to technical and non-technical audiences.
- ✓Proven ability to operate autonomously, manage multiple workstreams, and drive outcomes in partnership with cross-functional teams.
- ✓Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern component libraries (e.g., React or web components).
- ✓Ability to craft creative solutions while working within existing frameworks and constraints.
- ✓Experience collaborating with and influencing US-based teams.
- ✓Comfort using AI tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, documentation, or research workflows.
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in design or a related field preferred.
