About the Role
We are looking for a Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at Mitratech. This role focuses on ensuring the quality of our software products through both manual and automated testing.
Key Responsibilities
- βUtilize latest versions of our technology stack to produce effective testing solutions
- βProduce quality, reusable and maintainable automated test code
- βPerform manual and exploratory testing against functionality developed by the Agile team
- βWork closely with TPM, Product Manager and scrum team to deliver high quality features
- βProvide technical mentorship and upskilling to team members
- βConsistently challenge Acceptance Criteria and Test Coverage
Requirements
- β5+ years of experience in software quality assurance - both manual and automated testing
- βExpertise with automation tools and languages: Selenium, C# (preferred) or Java, BDD principles (e.g. SpecFlow)
- βExperience in leveraging AI-powered development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot)
- βCommand of SQL and ability to apply that knowledge for data verification
- βExposure to API testing tools (e.g., Postman, REST Assured)
- βProficiency with modern source control (Git) and CI/CD practices
- βB.E. or B. Tech degree
