We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead delivery of AI/ML features for our MBR product. Our Technical Project Manager IV acts as both Scrum Master and Product Owner on their Scrum Team and has a passion for product design, development and technical excellence. What you'll do: • Lead the end-to-end execution of AI-related features by translating business strategy into actionable plans, roadmaps, timelines, and prioritized backlogs. Collaborate closely with Product Managers to align sprint goals with business priorities and ensure high-value delivery, especially in sprint reviews and planning cycles. • Own the delivery lifecycle for AI features - manage sprint execution, coordinate architecture reviews, ensure stories are technically and functionally ready, and act as the first point of escalation for sprint issues. Work directly with architects and developers to ensure feasibility, alignment on system design, and proactive risk mitigation. • Participate in discovery sessions to gather technical and business requirements for AI initiatives. Author and refine epics and user stories that reflect both AI-specific functionality and business value, ensuring 1–2 months of backlog is always ready for upcoming sprints. • You will facilitate productive discussions to establish requirements, consider design alternatives, technical problem solving, and decision making with multi-functional teams. • You will lead all scrum team activities and manage related artifacts. • You will drive process efficiency and on-time completion of roadmap items with proactive risk management. • You will define and drive testing across all impacted teams, including coordination of User Acceptance Testing • You will be responsible for product release planning and release notes • Collaborate closely with US Product Development Management team to ensure you understand, and can effectively convey, product strategy and direction to your development teams. • Strongly serve and support the Development Team in their quest to do everything possible to bring value to customers.  • Implement our Product Development MiSOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). • Guide and Coach your Scrum Team(s) toward self-organization and high performance.  • Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis of healing and problem solving.  Who you are: • 5-7 years in product, project or program management; preferably in delivering AI or ML powered features into production with experience in defining acceptance criteria for probabilistic AI systems, running experiments and A B tests for AI features • You are comfortable working with distributed teams. You understand that global teams require flexibility; therefore, you are willing to adjust your approach to processes and tools to best support the team • Understand model lifecycle: data sourcing, training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring and familiar with model performance metrics such as precision, recall, F1, latency • Experience in working directly with AI/ML engineers and data scientists • You continue to build your own skills in operational AI while supporting innovation and advancement in product / project development. • Can demonstrate practical understanding of all responsibilities listed above with the ability to execute on those responsibilities independently and reliably • Capable of project managing two projects at the same time from concept to client implementation without supervision • Capable of working with the Product Manager and Designer to drive Discovery work in preparation for two projects • Excellent practical experience with project management and use of the Agile Development Methodology; ability to coach your team to improve in their practices • Agile Certified Professional and/or Certified Scrum Master, preferred • Proficiency with project management tools like the Atlassian Suite or Azure DevOps • Strong analytical skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate technical topics and AI capabilities to non-technical stakeholders • Demonstrated record driving key initiatives and timelines with minimal supervision • Ability to creatively solve challenging business/technology problems • Passionate to make things better at every opportunity • Demonstrates our core values of continuous improvement, ownership and transparency • BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field We are an equal-opportunity employer that values diversity at all levels.
